Dashboard with List of reports for each LOB

Hi, I have around 50+ reports in the workspace. I need to create landing page with one dashboard for easy access to users.

Ask is I need to display the list of reports for each LOB segregated on the Dashboard. But with just Textbox tile, I am not able to get what I need.

I am flexible to do this in Dashboard/Report/PowerAPP etc.. Any leads are much appreciated.

Below is what I am looking for in simple terms. I have more than 50 reports that will fall into these 3 LOB's respectively. I created below view in a report, but users are expecting similar view in Dashboard and with single click on the button (report 1 for example) it should take them to report 1.
