Dashboard visualisation: Controlling "Export to .csv"

Hi all

I can prevent the "Export data" option on visualisations in a particularly sensitive report by amending the report settings in PBI Desktop as seen below: 

This works great for reports:

But if visualisations from this report are subsequently pinned to a dashboard, the "Export to .csv" option becomes available on that visualisation in the dashboard:

There seems to be no way of controlling this behaviour besides disabling the "Export to .csv" tenant setting (which would prevent this option on visuals on all dashboards, not just the visuals related to the sensitive report).

Does anyone have knowledge of other settings I might have missed? Does anyone else consider this an unintended loophole/flaw?
