Hello,
I encountered an issue when using on-premise gateway to refresh PowerBi Dashboard.
I used it for the last 6 months and already updated the newest version in September and it worked very well.
However from last 04 days, the refreshing became weird: Refreshing icon kept spinning forever and displayed timeout/explicit.
Is there any update/change from Microsoft/PowerBI Service?
On-premise gateway version: 14.16.6480.1

1. Please check the status of the Gateway;
2. Please check the credentials in the Power BI Service.
3. Try to make the TLS/1.1 1.2 as default. Please refer to: powerbi-gateway-onprem (Support for TLS 1.1/1.2).

Hi, I adjusted to TLS 1.1 1.2 but the refreshing still takes so long and could not finish.
I can download the pbix file to my computer and refresh it (taking 1-2 minute to refresh).
But when I published, it would take forever to load...
