To avoid users from exporting a visual's data, you can simply go to the visual's Format -> General -> Header Icons -> Disable "More Options"Also, to avoid users from accessing the underlying data, you can simply provide just the report's read access to the users without adding them to the workspace.

1. Create a subscription to the dashboard and restrict the user's rights, in this way you can not only restrict their access to the current dashboard but also realize that the user receives new dashboard information on a regular basis.
