Hello community,
We have a number of dashboards, some of which our users have a subscription based on. This morning one user received the subscription, but the tiles were not updated yet. Data was refreshed around 15 minutes before the subscription ran.
Is this a common occurence? Is there a best practice related to subscriptions and dashboards?
Thank you for your response,
Hi @Anonymous ,
It seems strange to me that the dataset was refreshed more than 15 minutes ago. When I open the Dashboard myself, it immediately refreshes, while in the subscription email it said the tiles were refreshed 3 hours before that.
User receives the following subscription daily at 08:10:
It seems more likely to me that a subscription opening a dashboard bahaves differently than a user manually opening a dashboard. Then your solution would not change much I believe.
Best regards,
There will be some delay in the refresh process. It is recommended to wait 10-15 minutes for the refresh to be reflected in the dashboard tiles. Please consider adjusting the timing of your data refresh or subscription plan to ensure sufficient buffer time for tile updates.
If the issue persists, please wait for some time after the refresh completes to check if the refresh is reflected in the Dashboard.
Best Regards,
Yulia Xu
