Dashboard not refreshing in power bi service

I'm trying to refresh a dashboard in power bi service, but it ends up in the following error:

Follow the error message.  "Fatal error encountered during data read".  How long does your query against the MySQL source take?  Is the query covered by indexes? Can it be improved?
