Dashboard not loading
We have a dashboard which accesses two data sources, both of which are excel files containing about 500 and 5000 rows in each of them. But, when we access the dashboard online, not only it takes quit...
Hoping that it is an intermittent issue.
Can you please check the below details.
1. Data Source (Local / Network Drive / Onedrive / Sharepoint - Excel)
2. Connectivity Mode - Import / Direct Query
3. Gateway - On-premises/Personal
4. Gateway Version - Month and Year.
Note:- Always try to maintain latest version of the Gateway.
