Hi everyone,
I'm having an issue with my dashboard. When my end-users received their subscribed emails, sometimes the dashboard keeps the formatting from my report view (colours, below), and sometimes it uses the formatting that shows on the dashboard (black&white). The problem is, based on the size of the card, when the coloured format is used some data gets cut-off from the email.
I've obscured my data for privacy reasons, but tried to show that in the image with colour, the data for the third product gets cut-off.
10%, data gets cut-off
usually the email looks like this
I know I can extend the length of the multi-line card in the dashboard, but 90% of the time the subscription comes as the black&white version, so then I have a ridiculous amount of white-space wasting space in my dashboard and making it harder to view in Outlook.
Two more pieces of info that may be important:
- when I pin the visuals, I have tried both "keep current theme" and "use destination theme"
- these visuals are impacted by Row-Level Security
Thanks in advance everyone 🙂
