Hi all,
Some people in my Org have an issue displaying reports which were put in a Dasboard view (on the web). They can't see report snapshots as well as any name or discriptions, like so.
However if they click on individual reports (without knowing which they clicked on) it's successfully redirecting, so the links themselves are intact.
Users experiencing this acrross different web browsers, switching browsers doesn't work (Default browser is Chrome, tried using Microsoft Edge instead). Local IT support sayis it's "Microsoft related" and couldnt help resolve it.
Would appreciate your help if anyone had this issue before and tips on how to fix it.

Hi @Ilona ,
Based on your description, I have some confusion about such issues. If the original report is deleted or does not have the corresponding access rights, then clicking on tile is not able to jump to the counterprinted report successfully.
Check if the following function in admin portal is enabled.
Also open this dashboard again after clearing the browser cache before opening it in a new browser (there is no guarantee that it works, but it can be used as a try).
Finally, if the problem still exists, can you provide more information about the problem such as screenshots of the process, error reports, etc.?
Also check the following troubleshooting.
Looking forward to your feedback.
Best Regards,
Henry

Hi @v-henryk-mstf, apologies for long reply.
I checked the Admin portal, but I don't see anything there. I'm not really a pro-user, so maybe I dont have sufficient access or something?
Anyways, the original reports are intact, all pictures that are linked as "preview" are in dedicated folder and no changes are done, maybe except rearranging the tiles, but for some users it's displayed with this "X" and no preview and also no description of the report whatsoever, so when they click - they don't know which one they are clicking, but they get redirected to the corresponding report )
I now have several people with this issue, but on my side it workes perfectly. Myself and 2 people who have this issue - we all are from the same org, with same permissions probably (with exception that I have a PRO licence and they don't). We tried using different browsers with them, but no results. I'll try the way you suggested "open this dashboard again after clearing the browser cache before opening it in a new browser (there is no guarantee that it works, but it can be used as a try)" and get back with results.
Thanks!!
Ilona
Welcome to the club. Our current working theory is borked caching at a Content Delivery provider somewhere along the path. But it's just a theory.
