Helper IDashboard Tile not Updating on a Direct Query Live Tile

Have you checked if the "Page refresh" is toggled On as per the article above?

When you pin a live page ,there is a notification :
It means after the dataset is refreshed, we need to refresh the dashboard page which contains report live page to update data.
Any changes to the underlying data will not be immediately reflected in any existing visuals. It is still necessary to Refresh, whereupon the necessary queries will be resent for each visual, and the visual updated as necessary.
