Dashboard Subscription with PDF attachment

Hello,

 

After reading this article, i ve subscribed to the Power BI Premium license, coming from the Pro version.

I took this upgraded version ONLY because i wanted the PDF attachment feature as per below article.

Now i have the license, i cannot find the options described below

I have only the 2 first options.

 

Do you know how to activate the PDF option ?

    Hi, Tsetse 

    According to your description, the "Full report attachment as" is still greyed out, you need to check:

    (1)You workspace has been assigned a premium capacity.

    (2)Then you need to check you opened the "Export reports as PowerPoint presentations or PDF documents" in the "Admin portal":

    Hi , Tsetse 

    Full report attachment as (for Power BI reports only): If the report is in a workspace backed by a Premium capacity or Premium Per User (PPU) license, add the full report as an attachment instead of only a single report page. Select PDF or PowerPoint for the attachment format. The attachment respects all privacy labels for the report. The size of the attachment is limited to no more than 20 pages and less than 25 MB.

    This feature is only for the report instead of the dashborad.

      Dear Aniya,

       

      Thanks a lot for your assitance on my case, much appreciated !

       

      I went through your solution and also red the full article you sent me but i'm still in the same situation, the "Full report attachment as" is grey and cannot be selected.

       

       

      I can confirm the below:

       

      - License type: Premium Per User
      - The report is in my workspace
      - I'm in a report and not a dashboard
      - My report is 7 pages and once exported manually as PDF, it's size is 355 Ko
       
      Do you see any solution ?
