Dashboard RefreshDashboard and Report refresh rate from Tabular Models

I'm running daily dashboards and reports from tabular models. the models updfate everfy 5 mins however the dashbaords and reports are 2 to 4 hours behind unless i refresh the dashboard and reports manually.

is there a way to reduce this lag time?
