Dashboard Refresh time is not correct, any comment?
The dashboard says it is refreshed on 12/20/2019 at 9:14:15 and the number shows 2662. When I refreshed the Chrome page, the number changed to 2653 with the same date and time on the dashboard. Any solution for this issue?

Dashboard tile refresh will refresh every fifteen minutes, and after the dataset refresh is completed, the dashboard tile refresh happens within 15 minutes. See: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/refresh-data#types-of-refresh.
