Dashboard Not Auto-Refreshing

Hi all,

I'm having an issue where a dashboard doesn't appear to refresh automatically. 

Here are the details:

• The dashboard is published to an app, but the issue also exists in the workspace
• The dashboard is in the same workspace as the reports
• The dashboard is linking to visuals all in a single report set
• The report set is a Direct Query to a Power BI Dataset (ie. Get Data --> Power BI Datasets
• The dataset refreshes at least daily
• The visuals in the report show correctly
• The visuals in the dashboard only refresh when manually updated (the refresh button on the top right of the dashboard)
• The refresh must be done by each user
• The notifications created on the visual are therefore only triggering when the user manually refreshes the report
• The dashboard was left for over 24 hours and did not update despite numerous data model refreshes during that time

All the content I have read indicates the dashboard is designed to refresh every 15 minutes, there aren't any specific settings.  

Yet clearly that isn't the case for this dashboard.  Would appreciate advice on a possible resolution.
