Helper IDashboard Image Tile: Dropbox Images only showing for Dropbox owner
Hello,
I am creating a Dashboard, and adding Image Tiles to show hyperlinked images. My images are coming from my DropBox account.
I can see the images on the tiles when I build the dashboard; however, no one else can. My co-workers all report that they can't see the images. The Custom Link (hyperlink) that I assigned to the tiles are all working, but why am I the only one who can actually see the images?

So the problem stemmed from the Image URL from DropBox. Evidently, there are a few ways to go about it.
The way I had to do it was:
In DropBox
Open the Folder with the Images
Next to the Image File needed, click on the three dots button
Select Share
A pop-up Window will appear
At the bottom of this window, Select Create Link
Next Select Copy Link
In Power BI
Open the Dashboard or Create a New One in the desired App.
Add a New Tile and Select Image as the option
Add a Title and write out the Report Name
In the Image URL field:
Paste the Copied Image Link from DropBox
Edit the final part of the link:
Change "?id=0" To "?raw=1"
This will allow the Image preview to render for all users.
The process is a little lengthy, but actually goes pretty quick once you get used to doing it.

You mean your co-workers can open the dashboard that you shared with them but not the content, right?
Did you set RLS for the tiles?
Could you show me related error tips when your co-workers open the dashboard?
There may be many reasons for this situation, so if we can locate the specific cause, it will be better to solve.

It worked until today May 6, 2024. All of a sudden, Power BI cannot recognize images from Dropbox, is there a new policy from power BI or dropbox? can you check it, thx.
