Dashboard Content not showing up in Workspace App.

Good afternoon, All,

I'm having an issue getting content within a dashboard to show up in my Workspace App.  I have published the reports to the Workspace, then pinned them to a Dashboard.  I then added the Dashboard to the same Workspace's App.  I unchecked the "hide" icon, and updated the App.  When I click on the Dashboard from the APP, none of the content is visible.

Strangers still, if I add the reports individually  to the App as well, the content shows up on the dashboard.  I'd really like to have the Dashboard visible, with the reports hidden.  Is this possible?  Please and Thank You!

Hi @CBloome77 ,

At this time, you can't put a dashboard only into the app.  You have to add the report as well.  Perhaps you could create an idea (or find one that already exists) and let us know what you find so that we can help vote for it.

Thanks!  At least I know now, though I think it's silly that you can't.  The whole idea of a Dashboard is to collate reports into one space.  I did, however, figure out a workaround.  I added the reports, and added a section at the end of my app called "report repository."  That way they can remain mostly hidden, yet still allow the dash to be viewed.  Thanks for confirming!!!
