    Hi RewindsTime ,

It seems that you may face DMTS_OAuthTokenRefreshFailedError, it means that the OAuth refresh token used for authentication with the on-premises SQL server through the gateway has expired due to inactivity. The refresh token typically expires if it hasn’t been used for a certain period, which appears to be 90 days in this case.

I think you can go to the dataset settings in your Power BI service. Navigate to the data source settings. Update the credentials for your on-premises SQL server. This should prompt you to sign in again and refresh the authentication token.

Also I think you can read this topic: Solved: Powerbi refresh issue with DMTS_OAuthTokenRefreshF... - Microsoft Fabric Community and Solved: DMTS_OAuthTokenRefreshFailedError - Microsoft Fabric Community
