If you are using a SharePoint connection, directly accessing a file, try switching to just accessing SharePoint and navigating to the file in question. For some unknown reason, the gateway cannot access directly otherwise.

Hi @GeorgeScarpin 

The only suggestion I can think of is to make sure that both your Power BI Desktop Version and Power BI Gateway version are using the latest versions?

If that still does not work you would have to log a support ticket.
