Please check the following-
- Ensure that you have the correct version of MySQL .NET connector on the gateway machine. 64 bit for 64 bit Power BI and vice versa.
- Ensure that the connector on gateway is compatible with the version of MySQL running on your database server.
- Ensure that gateway machine can reach your MySQL server.
