This is a new know issues. ICM 276781876.
Fix Status:Engineers are working on the fix, ETA will be updated once available.
Workaround: you can roll back the Gateway to Sept version.

The error is indicating that it cannot find any keys that are being matched. If you can confirm that all the keys are being matched?
