Wasn't able to figure out the issue. Rebooting the server cleared it up.

Hello Brad2488
I am facing the same issue
You said your issue got fixed by rebooting the server. Did you mean the server where gateway is installed?

We had the same issue. The gateway couldn't reach one of the data source servers, so we restarted the data source server (not the one with the gateway on). Now it works fine.

Hello,
Could you please tell me how you go about automating the updating of reports on Power BI Online, and also how to configure a server?
Thanks in advance.

- Step: Publish the Power BI file on your desktop.
- Step: Go to app.powerbi.com link and you will see the published data model there.
- Step: Click on the ellipsis of the data model from the workspace and go to settings.
- Step: Click on Gateway and cloud connections, configure the On-Premise Gateway settings, and apply.
- Step: Scroll down to the refresh area, specify the desired refresh times, and apply.
That's it. If you have any questions, you can contact [email protected].
