DB/Instance whitelist

Hello,

To create paginated reports and dashboards based on oracle and sql server data, I need to have a fixed ip (to put it on my whitelist)

What solutions exist?

A domain name? Which one can I connect with the Power BI workspace?
The Power BI Gateway? It must be installed on a server of the same domain as the DB?
Something else?

Hi @TheBigLo

If you install an On-Premise Gateway that can connect inside your network to your Oracle and SQL Server then you just need to make sure that your On-Premise gateway can connect to the internet via HTTPS and you will be able to connect and refresh your paginated reports.
