DAX measures on tables that were created by API?

Hi everyone,
I have created a table via the PowerBI API and I keep adding rows to it every morning, also through the API.
As a result, the data has not been modeled in Power BI Desktop.
Is there any way to use DAX measures on the data that I have fed into PowerBI Service via the API?
