DAX matrix subtract

Dear community, 

I would like to have a matrix with group, country and the related values. My problem is that country "C" in group 1 is also part of group 2  splitted about all group 2 values. Therefore, I would like to subtract values for "C" from group 2. 

Do you have any best preactice solutuons for this?

    I'm a little confused about your needs, Could you please explain them further? It would be good to provide a screenshot of the results you are expecting and desensitized example data.
