Customer cant pin to dashboard out of the App

Hi,

my customer wants to use the pin function inside of the App i provided them.

They want to extract valuable insights and gather them on one dashboard page to share with their collegues.

This is not possible. Either the Pin button is greyed out or it is not there.. seems to change randomly.

Is there a Solution?

App is read only that is why Pin button is grayed out.

You can only create the Dashboard in workspace

And how can I change it so that my customer is able to do this?

Creating Dashboard is only possible through Workspace and they would need Power BI Pro license
As an alternative, you can create dashboard and inlude those in published APP.
