Customer can't see power BI report

Hi,

I would like to share Power BI slide with my customer. However my customer can't has access to my report.

I have POWER PI PRO licence.

When my customer try to see the report (with sharing link) POWER BI ask request him for licence PRO.

Anyone has an idea for explain why my customer can see my power BI slide ?

Your customer also needs to have a Pro License or He should be part of a Premium License
