Solved: Re: Custom visuals not working in PBI service

Hello Team,

I deployed the report that is using custom visual - Bullet Chart by OKVIZ, and within PBI Service I see that this visual stopped working properly. I have 9 of those visuals and some of them are displaying and some of them not, while in PBI Desktop the same 9 charts are working fine.

Is there something that I could do to fix it, or those custom visuals are not supported by PBI Service?

@Anonymous - The custom visual is not free. You will be to pay and get a license to use it esp. when you want to publish to Power BI service. Worth contacting them directly and talk to them.
