Custom visuals breaking in APP but works normally in follow up report since this morning.

I have a dashboard created with tiles linked to visuals from various reports in the workspace. But there is a wierd issue since morning where when I open the APP through the browser, it works normally but the moment I hit F5, a couple of tiles breaks with the error

Can't display this visual.

This visual is no longer available. Please contact your administrator for details."

These visuals works normally if I click them and follow the link the underlying reports. For reference these are custom visuals built with xviz premium version.

Can you see the visuals in the reports outside the APP? If not, then ask your Admin to enable the settings in tenant settings. It might have been disabled. And as you mentioned it's a premium version for xviz. Maybe ask them to check that license as well.

@AnkitKukrejaI am able to see all the visuals when I access individual reports through the workspaces and also through the dashboard in that workspace. This only happens with the app and even stranger is that it only breaks if I refresh the browser tab.

Looks like something could be broken. I would suggest you to raise an ticket with MS support.
