Custom visual (Plotly) error when publishing to service

Hi All,

I have tried to find a solution to this problem I am facing but have been unable to find anything remotely similar, any help would be much appreciated.

I created a custom R visual using plotly but have encountered an issue when publishing my dashboard to PBI service. See below for error screenshots, (notice the x-axis labels are cut-off). I have tried different browsers, different page sizes and have also exported the dataset from service back to the desktop and can confirm the error does only appear when published to PBI service.
