Custom message when capacity is paused

Hi There,

We started using Microsoft Fabric capacity for our workspaces, to optimise cost we pause our capacity during night hours. We have some business users who tried to access the report when capacity was paused and got confused due to error message like below

I was wondering if we could display more descriptive message and if so how can I implement it.

Any help will be highly appreciated.
