Custom dataset refresh schedule in power bi

Hello,

I have a requirement to custom schedule the power bi dataset refresh. the rquirment is to refresh it every 3rd month from 5th BD to 15 BD @ 6.00 PM Pacific time. Please let me know if this is possible? if yes, how?
