I am in the midst of data cleansing. In the datasource there is a contract "start date" and contract "end date" column. I want to add a new column which extracts
Current staff = if the contract end date is more than 30 days from today
Future exit = if the contract end date is less than 30 days from today
Incoming staff = if the contract start date is less than 30 days from today.
The format of the start date and end date is in date format, But end date has a lot of nulls. If the end date is null I want the custom column to return as just null or invalid end date
I did try using multiple formula's its either giving me error or its giving me different answer. Kindy help.
