Custom buttons to export/share/print

Hello,   I'm publishing my report using the IFRAME option. The problem is, the user can't export the report since the appbar is not visible. Is there a way to create custom buttons to export/share/...

Hi Anonymous ,

 

Currently there doesn't seem to be a way in Power BI to trigger the export from button.

Only the below functionalities are present with Power BI buttons and trigerring an export is not here:

 

However, you can try to tweak the Web URL(with respect to the url in iframe) and maybe perform an automatic export with button using the Web URL trigger option.

 

Also, if you are using Publish to web option, thie appbar will not be present. This is by design.

    Hi Anand24,

     

    So, there is no way to customize the appbar that lives on top of the reports? 

    If I use the Secure Embed it will always remove the buttons, and I can't add custom buttons to mimic what those buttons do.

     

    Do you have any samples of the web url that you are talking about?
