Custom backgroung image not display on mobile layout and Teams

Hi everyone,

I have published a dashboard with custom background image, when I published the dashboard i wasn't able to see it on the preview window when I create app,

futhermore I cannot see on mobile app and on teams,

The custom Image come from a server with public url,

Is it an current issue on PowerBi services ?
