Custom Visuals not displaying in the Power BI Service
Hi. Can you test it outside the capacity? it sounds like a change in the organization. I don't remember this change for just a capacity.
Ask IT admins how the power bi visuals settings are today.
As you can see in the picture it could be that they have changed the one that only allow "add and use certified visuals only". If you custom visual doesn't have all the certifications, it could fail.

It appears that the central IT department of my company changed something in our Power BI Capacity, because this issue appears in all reports in our capacity now. Probably they don’t approve those custom visuals anymore and they have to be verified first. So the problem is on our company side I guess...
