Custom Visuals not displaying in the Power BI Service
Hello,
following problem appeared this week. I have a Power BI Report with some custom visuals (HTML Content and Synoptic Panel). I can see them when I edit the report in Power BI Desktop, but when I upload them, it shows “X” and “Learn more”. Previously it all worked out fine and I didn’t change anything with those visuals.
Is this a Power BI Service issue or do I have to take action?
Anyone else having the same issue?

Hi. Can you test it outside the capacity? it sounds like a change in the organization. I don't remember this change for just a capacity.
Ask IT admins how the power bi visuals settings are today.
As you can see in the picture it could be that they have changed the one that only allow "add and use certified visuals only". If you custom visual doesn't have all the certifications, it could fail.

Probably they don’t approve those custom visuals anymore and they have to be verified first. So the problem is on our company side I guess...
