Custom Visuals from AppSource occasionaly wont display in Service

Hi, I created a report with Tachometer visual from AppSource and published it to Service. unfortunately, it doesn't work very well. Did anyone experience it? 
It occasionally works for the user and occasionally it doesn't. Refresh seems to sometimes work. 

I checked the rights and everything should be working. Anyone has any idea what to do about it?

Tachometer visual works fine in my  Power BI Desktop.

Please try following things:

1. Remove tachometer visual and download again.

2. install  latest Power BI  Desktop version.
