Custom Visual - Bullet Chart- Cannot pin to Dashboard

Good Morning,

I've been able to pin Custom visuals to Dashboard in the past (I think).  Not able to pin a Bullet Chart this morning - is this behavior by design?

Hi Mike,

1. Can you still pin other visuals?

2. Did the visual have a big background image?

3. I would suggest you upgrade the visual. It's good in my side.

Thanks for the response. 

Yes - I can pin other visuals, but just default visuals.

I've attempted to pin the following custom visuals without success:

1. Bullet Chart
2. Card with States
3. Circular Guage by MAQ Software.

Then I decided to create a new workspace, and publish the report and attempt to pin the items to a Dashboard in the new WorkSpace.  It worked without a problem.

So ... my conclusion is that there is something up with the Workspace that I have -- I've got a ticket opened and hopefully I can update with the resolution.
