Hello all,
We have created a custom visual in R and it is working great in desktop; however, once I publish to the service, the category labels disappear and are replaced by NA and nothing is plotting appropriately.
Here is a screenshot of what it should look like versus the result.
Desktop result:
Service result:
We installed the correct version of ggplot2 and double-checked all the packages were compatible, unsure of what we are missing.

I am and I don't see any that apply to our situation. Unless I am missing something...
