Custom R Visual not showing category values once published to service

Hello all,

We have created a custom visual in R and it is working great in desktop; however, once I publish to the service, the category labels disappear and are replaced by NA and nothing is plotting appropriately.

Here is a screenshot of what it should look like versus the result.
Desktop result:

Service result:

We installed the correct version of ggplot2 and double-checked all the packages were compatible, unsure of what we are missing.

Thanks for your help,
T

I have and they work.

Maybe it is in the code?

Are you aware of Power BI Service limitations ? if not see this https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/visuals/service-r-visuals#r-scripts-security

I am and I don't see any that apply to our situation. Unless I am missing something...
