    Hi mpe,

Power BI cannot display Image Grid custom visuals that use images from a local NAS when viewed in Chrome or Edge due to browser security restrictions.
This is a by-design limitation and cannot be resolved through configuration changes. Using built-in Power BI image visuals or hosting images in a cloud-accessible location is the recommended approach

    Thanks,

We had as (temporary) solution using Edge as browser. Unfortunately, also Edge had some updates and has the same issues as Chrome.

Fortunately there is a new Image visual of PowerBI is not custom and has no problems. So for individual images our problems are solved.

For an Image grid we are still looking for a solution. Does somebody has an idea how to show an Image Grid in PowerBI where the problems with showing pictures from a local Nas-server do not occur?
