Custom Connector Not Showing Under Semantic Model Gateway Settings
shibashankar335, configration seems correct, update the connection is not resolving your issues? Also, the error scrrenshot you shared is from the excel.
That connection issue need to fixed in order to make this work.

Can you look to see in the desktop you have used that conencotr to get the data and data is showing in the data pane by using that connector you build and copied to the Power Bi custom connecotrs folder.
As you can see your on-prem datagatway on the service itself, it need the connection created to that gateway in you case "Safety Chain"
New connecion setup for your connector (The connector file you copied to Folder and added in the on-prem data gateway configuration)
Then you can see in your semantic model gateway settings.
Note: First thing is to check your semantic model using the connector you build, and get data option is showing the connecotr you created and added to the custom connector folder.

Thank you for your suggestion.
I verified that the SafetyChain custom connector is available under the Get Data option in Power BI Desktop, and I am able to successfully connect to SafetyChain and retrieve data. The data loads correctly in my report using the custom connector.
I also created a connection in the Power BI Service using the same credentials that I use in Power BI Desktop.
However, after publishing the semantic model, I do not see the Gateway and Cloud Connections section. Instead, when I go to the semantic model settings, I get the following message:
"Refresh cannot be scheduled because the semantic model does not contain any data model connections, or is a worksheet or linked table. To schedule refresh, the data must be loaded into the data model."
shibashankar335, set up seems correct... Can you confrom in the data pane in the power query and in the power bi you can see data in the data pane.
Try to clear the data source settings and rconfigure it with the same steps then try to deploy and remove that report from the serivce.

I verified that the data is loading successfully in Power Query, and I can see the records in the Data view within Power BI Desktop. I also cleared the existing Data Source Settings, reconfigured the connection using the same credentials, and confirmed that the data is still loading correctly.
After saving and publishing the report to the Power BI Service, I am unable to find any associated Gateway or Cloud Connection for the semantic model. Instead, I continue to receive the following error:

Since the data is visible in both Power Query and the Data view, it appears that the data is being loaded successfully in Power BI Desktop. Could you please suggest if there are any additional settings or checks I should perform to ensure the dataset is properly recognized as a semantic model connection in the Power BI Service?
