Custom Certfied visual showing blank in dashboard

Hi, 

I´m using Zebra Bi Tables and when you pin the visual to a dashboard for the first time it appears fine, but when exiting and re-entering the dahsboard it goes blank. Of course, if you subscribe to the dashboard the visual in the mail is blank. The strange thing is, if you go into focus mode the visual renders itself fine.

Any ideas? Best regards.

Based on my test, whether it is a subscription or directly on the Service, it is displayed normally, and it will not display blank.

You can try to clear the cache of the broswer as @ amitchandak mentioned or try another broswer. Refer this article about clearing cache.

@Anonymous , clear cache, and try. Make sure the version of the visual is the latest. The older version might create a problem with services.

You need to contact the developer for any issues.

@amitchandak Clear cache in the browser you mean? I got version 4.2.0 from appsource, is there a newer version?

@Anonymous - You will likely need to contact the creator of that visual. Keeping visuals up-to-date with the constant changes can be a challenge.
