Custom Branding not available?

I read that Custom Branding is available since August 2019.

However I doen't see the menu option? 

It should be there, in the Admin portal.I miss the custom branding option

The only thing I could think of is, are you in a Power BI Government cloud?

...I see I was sleeping... I looked at the wrong screenshot, in fact I was missing all Admin options...

Problem is solved by assigning the PowerBI administrator role by the Global Admin.
