Cross workspace/app report

Hello Community,

I know I can connect my reports to datasets cross workspace, but is there a way to use reports in multiple apps cross workspaces?

I have one report that multiple customers have access to and it feels like a clunky experience that they have to go to seperate apps, I'd like to just include it in their specific app but am not keen on having to maintain a report in several locations.

Is there a way for me to add content to multiple apps from one source location? Have one report hosted in a workspace but add it to many apps?

If not I'd like to suggest that we should be able to set up "shortcut" reports, ie. I can add a live copy that is not editable from a different workspace and use it in the workspace app, but all changes has to be done in the original. Kinda like shortcuts for .exe files work on windows today.

Hi @BIanon 

One to One is the relationship between WS and Apps, therfore the answer to your question is No. However you can create groups of users in Azure AD and add multiple groups to one App as audiences.
