    Hi lean2050 ,

    You can try this:

    Azure Monitor: You can use Azure Monitor to collect and analyze telemetry data from applications and resources. By setting up custom logging and monitoring, you can track usage metrics and other relevant data.

    Application Insights: If reporting is part of a web application, you can integrate it with Azure Application Insights to collect detailed usage metrics, performance data, and user behavior analysis.

    Power BI API: Report usage metrics can be accessed programmatically using the Power BI REST API. This approach requires some development work, but allows you to extract and analyze the data you need.

    Below this link Limitations in multitenant organizations - Microsoft Entra ID | Microsoft Learn , there isn't a straightforward way to download logs dedicated to sharing metrics across tenants.
