Cross tab not expanding

Hi All,

I have a cross tab table that has the 'Layout and style presets' set to

this I understand adds the next hierachy level to the same row.

I have 3 fields for the row 'name' ' year' 'form' and this works in the PowerBi Desktop

When I publish it to the PowerBi servcies it does not open the hierachy when clicked like the desktop version.

Has anyone had this problem before ?

Hi @CEllis 

Can you click on the reset to default button in the Power BI service to see if that solves your issue?
