Cross-report tooltip?
Cross-report drill-through is a great feature. However, I've noticed that in some cases, it would be nice to just have a quick glance at the information rather than change the report altogether. Is it possible in any way to use another report's page as a tooltip?

Hi. That's not possible for now. But you can suggest it in here: https://ideas.powerbi.com/ or look for a similar idea with more votes. The more votes they have the more probability you have to let the powerbi dev team to take it.
