Cross-Tenant Premium Per-User???
Does anyone know if the new Premium Per-User license will work cross-tenant? We have multiple tenants and, ideally, would want the assigned PPU license to apply to that user in both tenants? Is this possible or would it require a PPU license for that same person in both tenants?

It seems that it doesn't support working cross-tenant.
However ,PPU features still in the preview test. More specific information will not be known until the official release of the PPU. You can now try the features for free。
