Cross Highlighting Error

Hi All,

Some of my users are reporting a 'Cross Highlighting' error that prevents the visual from loading. The vast majority see the report (in an App) without issue and I cannot reproduce the fault in App or in the Desktop version.

Any ideas where to start?

'Reset to default' sorted out my users wit the issue. 

I'd still like to try and understand how 'they' ended up in this situation - could I design my report better to prevent it. Having said that maybe I should let sleeping dogs lie!
