Cross Filter Slicers within multiple reports in Power BI App

Hi All,

I have a requirement to add a global country slicer and use it in a way such that if we apply that filter on one report it will automatically be applied/reset accordingly  in another reports also which are present in a Power BI apps

Note: It should work as a slicer only not cross report Drill through filters as user needs to drill through again n again.

Can anyone help me how to achieve this?

Even I am searching for the solution... Can POWERBI team develop a Global Sync For App which takes in All the common slicers or populate list of slicer across different report and user selects them as a global filter, giving oppurtunity to sync. Also, just like in a Single report we have Filter section wherein we can place kpis either for On page, across report, or on visula, can in 1 App (having multiple reports) , there is possibility of Filter Across App which helps in setting filters across App, enabling users to not repetively apply same filters across App. This 2 is a must of Sync and Filters in App...would be great if this can happen in new feature releases

I believe the above two cases can be used when we have to sync slicers within pages of 1 report. My requirment is to sync slicers between 2 reports so that in power bi service if we create a app with 2 reports in it the filter in one report will get automatically applied in another report.

Please correct me if my understanding is wrong.

You should know that there is essentially no connection between the two reports, how is it possible to synchronize the slicers, not to mention in an app. Sync slicer at least in the same field in the same report.

If you use the fields in the report to create the app visual, it will naturally change according to the slicer.
